Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to develop and maintain an accurate demand plan for key categories across multiple customer accounts. In this role, you will be using forecasting tools to generate and manage a statistical model of customer demand while obtaining inputs, field knowledge, and consensus from Sales and Customer Service.

Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assume ownership of Access Database, Forecast Pro and Inventory Analysis Model for assigned Customers
  • Review recommended order actions at the SKU level. Make adjustments as necessary to ensure that lowest level of inventory is maintained while still meeting anticipated customer demand.
  • Maintain customer level Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and develop corrective action plans for below minimum or negative trending.
  • Capture and report monthly Departmental and Employee Metrics to Label Group Leadership team

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Supply Chain role
  • Experience using quantitative methods to analyze situations and solve business problems with significant internal and external interaction
  • Solid understanding of distribution environments, including purchasing, inventory and warehouse operations
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access

We Would Prefer:

  • Experience using advanced forecasting applications highly desired
  • Prior experience in and/or exposure to Oracle Fusion
