Senior Licensed Clinician

Location: Millbury, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Pay rate: $38.46 - $43.45/hour

The Senior Clinician (in conjunction with program leadership) is responsible for:

• The clinical/educational operations of the program services.
• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.
• Completing Quality Improvement activities such as completing chart reviews and group observations.
• Participating in the review of high-risk cases including multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case review and case conferences.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as an LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC I or CADAC preferred
• Minimum of a master 's degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field
• Minimum of two years of supervised counseling experience
• At least one-year full time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role
• Experience with both substance abuse and mental health issues preferred
