As a partner with Aquent, we are seeking visionary talent to contribute to their forward-thinking initiatives. This role is onsite 5 days per week at the client's office in Midtown (RVA).

Aquent is seeking a highly skilled creative professional to step into a pivotal role, driving visual excellence and brand consistency across critical marketing channels. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity for promotional campaigns and major events, directly influencing how the brand connects with its audience. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your design expertise to create impactful, engaging experiences that resonate with millions.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creative development and execution of a cohesive branded system. Your work will span both digital and physical realms, from compelling online advertising to immersive environmental graphics for significant industry events. You will play a key role in developing high-impact advertising and marketing materials, ensuring that every visual touchpoint effectively promotes the brand and its offerings. Beyond creation, you will proactively manage project timelines and resources, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of all design initiatives.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead the creative development and execution of a unified branded system for banner ads and environmental graphics for trade shows.

* Design and produce advertising and marketing materials for various promotional campaigns and events.

* Proactively manage project timelines, resources, and mitigate risks across multiple simultaneous projects to ensure all deadlines are met.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Strong design skills, including expertise in digital and animated banner ads, signage, and print production.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Photoshop and Illustrator.

* Working knowledge of digital banner ad animation (GIF).

* Familiarity with signage materials, fabrication processes, and production best practices.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain consistency across all designs.

* A proactive, self-starting approach, capable of taking initiative with minimal direction.

* A compelling portfolio showcasing relevant work in signage, digital advertising, or similar projects.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
