The Inventory Analyst plays a key role in keeping our distribution and manufacturing network running smoothly. In this role, you'll help maintain accurate inventory records, support physical counts and cyclecount programs, and partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure products are where they need to be. You'll analyze data to spot trends, identify slowmoving or obsolete inventory, and recommend improvements that strengthen service levels and reduce costs. Responsibilities

    Physical Inventory Leadership: Contribute to planning, execution, and reconciliation activities for Spring and Fall physical inventory events, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ASCM inventory-management principles.
  • Cycle Count Governance: Support monthly cycle-count programs, investigate discrepancies, and participate in root-cause analysis to enhance inventory integrity.
  • Systems Variance Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile inventory variances between eWM and ECC systems, ensuring alignment and data consistency.
  • Inventory Adjustment Documentation: Document QA materials, expired stock, and quarantined inventory in accordance with quality and compliance standards.
  • Inventory Record Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records to support policy compliance and industry-recognized inventory-control practices.
  • Inventory Health Reporting: Analyze reports to identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory, providing insights that drive network optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, pricing, and marketing teams to develop strategies for moving unproductive stock.
  • Process Standardization: Assist in maintaining standardized inventory-management processes across North American sites.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Support internal audits and follow-up activities to strengthen adherence to inventory practices.
  • Operational Communication: Provide communication and operational support to distribution centers and manufacturing teams regarding inventory issues.
  • Product Lifecycle Support: Assist with product discontinuations, PPE reviews, and slotting assessments.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Deliver inventory data, analysis, and recommendations to Demand Planning, Product Marketing, Supply Chain Planning, and Customer Service.
  • Advanced Reporting: Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel, Business Objects, and SAP.
  • Trend Identification: Use data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to system updates (e.g., SAP enhancements), process-improvement initiatives, and network-optimization projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
  • 2 plus years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Business Objects
  • Understanding of ASCM inventory and supply chain principles
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and sites
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills


Pay Range

USD $86,400.00 - USD $110,600.00 /Yr.
