We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a shortterm opportunity supporting a Mortgage Service Center. This role is ideal for candidates interested in gaining handson exposure and learning more about mortgage servicing and operations. The position focuses on handling inbound customer calls, processing account updates, and completing administrative tasks in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment. If you are interested, please apply and one of our recruiters will reach out to you Responsibilities * Respond to general customer inquiries related to mortgage accounts * Update internal systems for autopay enrollments, name changes, and address changes * Process and track returned mail accurately * Ensure customer information is documented correctly and handled in a timely manner * Follow established procedures, compliance standards, and quality guidelines * Provide excellent customer service while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Interest in learning about mortgage servicing and financial operations * Prior customer service or call center experience preferred * Strong verbal communication skills and phone professionalism * Detailoriented with accurate data entry skills * Basic computer skills and ability to navigate internal systems * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
