Job Summary

The Senior Staffing/Recruitment Professional is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified and diverse candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR business leaders, and staffing directors to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies across multiple business units. The position requires advanced expertise in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, compensation practices, employment law, and workforce planning. The role also includes responsibility for mentoring other recruiters and contributing to enterprise-wide staffing initiatives that support long-term organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities



  • Source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates for a variety of roles using active and passive recruiting strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates to support effective staffing outcomes
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business unit and enterprise staffing objectives
  • Conduct candidate evaluations, including assessment of experience, education, skills, and job fit
  • Manage salary negotiations and present employment offers in alignment with compensation philosophy and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action policies, including outreach to diverse communities
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to manage pipelines and recruitment workflows
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reporting insights to leadership to improve staffing effectiveness
  • Support redeployment, transfer, and outplacement efforts as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience
  • Partner with leadership to address workforce planning and staffing program needs
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to recruiting team members on advanced sourcing and selection practices
  • Represent the organization in recruiting activities, career events, and external outreach efforts


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of related recruiting or staffing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy development
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, EEO/AA compliance, and compensation practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting management platforms
  • Proven ability to source passive and active candidates using multiple channels and tools
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational workforce needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage large, complex recruiting programs
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including mentoring and guiding other recruiters
  • Ability to handle complex and high-impact decision-making responsibilities


Work Experience



  • 10+ years in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition roles required
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level or large-scale staffing initiatives preferred
