Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing (hourly) and corporate roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, internal candidates, and niche platforms
  • Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and alignment with Methode values
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
  • Prepare and recommend competitive offers in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders
  • Identify and proactively address risks to offer acceptance and hiring timelines
  • Create and promote compelling job postings to support employer branding efforts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including both manufacturing and corporate roles
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience partnering with leaders at multiple organizational level

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
