Description The IT Fulfillment Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality support for endpoint devices and applications across the home office, global offices, and distribution centers. This role focuses on managing and tracking company-provided IT devices, access, and software, as well as providing on-site and remote troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day IT requests for home office and international associates. Manage and track IT assets, including devices, access credentials, and software licenses. Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Upgrade workstations and perform software installations. Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for IT service desk and support teams. Collaborate with global service providers to ensure consistent, high-quality support. Work with internal IT teams to test and deploy technology projects. Create and deploy software packages and upgrades to Windows endpoints globally. Identify and implement new support processes and best practices. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
