What You Can Expect

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to build AI-powered business applications.
  • Work withdatasets to build, train, and evaluate predictive models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into machine learning solutions.
  • Conductdatapreprocessing, feature engineering, anddataanalysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, implementing best practices to ensure robust and efficient models.
  • Conduct experiments, tune hyperparameters, and apply advanced techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop automation solutions that remove repetitive manual steps, ensuring consistent execution and reducing operational overhead.
  • Build secure, compliant infrastructure and automation workflows that safeguarddata, enforce policy requirements, and reduce security risk across environments.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience, or Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in ComputerScience,DataScience, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Strong background in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, anddataanalysis, with track record of deployment at scale
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or a similar programming language fordatamanipulation and model development.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding ofdatastructures, algorithms, and software development principles.
  • Knowledge of bigdatatechnologies such as Hadoop or Spark
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying machine learning models.
  • Familiarity withdatavisualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or natural language processing.
  • Prior experience working in an AI-driven company or startup environment.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

132,500 - 196,140, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
