Position Overview: This role partners closely with podcast hosts and stakeholders across Marketing, Business Development and Communications to produce multiple podcasts and video projects. The Specialist is responsible for managing production workflows, maintaining consistent publishing schedules and ensuring a polished final product. The role requires a strong understanding of how podcasts and video support content marketing objectives, a passion for storytelling and hands-on proficiency in audio and video production and editing. This individual should have awareness of what is currently available and be actively monitoring the landscape for supporting AI tools. This is a hybrid role based in our Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio offices. This role requires comfort and effectiveness in reporting to a manager virtually, based in another city.
