Job Description

This position provides professional support to the Adult Neuropsychology and Health Psychology clinics through the administration and scoring of psychological assessments while under the supervision of licensed psychologists, psychology trainees, senior technicians, and administrative staff. This role involves regular contact with patients across the lifespan presenting with a diverse array of neurological, behavioral, and developmental conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and score intelligence, personality, and other psychological tests to individuals or groups using standardized procedures.
  • Tabulate test results and prepare a detailed summary of the patient's behavior during testing.
  • Assist faculty and psychology trainees with quality improvement and clinical research projects.
  • Rescore tests administered by co-workers for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Other job-related duties and development.
Shift

Monday - Friday
7:30am - 4:30pm

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary with some course work in clinical psychology preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of psychological testing procedures and examinations.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective rapport with patients during the administration of tests.
  • Ability to interpret standardized mental examination.
Anticipated Hiring Range

Anticipated Hiring Range: $15.00 - $23.32 per hour
