**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead end-to-end design tasks, seamlessly integrating them into broader project and program initiatives.

* Proactively identify, define, and articulate complex design problems, then devise and implement practical or creative solutions.

* Drive the creation of innovative design concepts, including mock-ups, prototypes, and models, to inform product ideation and user research.

* Contribute significantly to the evolution of our holistic design process, design system, and language across diverse teams and products.

* Iteratively refine design solutions based on comprehensive UX testing and invaluable input from partners and stakeholders.

* Apply and adapt advanced UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems to craft exceptional user experiences.

* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure precise communication of design intent and successful implementation of specifications.

* Analyze user needs and anticipate future requirements, identifying multi-faceted problems in strategy, product, or technology.

* Leverage key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understanding the broader product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape.

* Champion design strategy across various partners, effectively communicating design approaches and addressing challenges.

* Manage and prioritize design work across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with overall team objectives.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* 4 years of conversation design experience within product design or UX.

* Proficiency in product design, craftsmanship, systems thinking, and the product development lifecycle.

* Deep understanding of user behavior, user needs analysis, and UX research methodologies.

* Strong capabilities in data analysis, synthesis, and planning to inform design decisions.

* Excellent aesthetic sensibility, storytelling abilities, and presentation skills.

* Familiarity with interactive technology.
