We are seeking a talented professional to join our client's dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in bringing their brand messaging to life through captivating motion graphics. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact how their solutions are perceived by a wide audience, helping to create a "WOW" factor that makes attendees stop and engage. Your creative vision and technical skills will be essential in translating static designs into compelling visual stories that highlight key innovations and capabilities.

**What You'll Do:**

As a key contributor to our client's marketing efforts, you will be responsible for transforming static visual concepts into engaging motion graphics for a high-profile annual tradeshow. Your work will directly influence audience engagement and understanding of their advanced offerings.

* Design and animate two distinct motion graphics, converting existing visual designs into dynamic video content.

* Develop an engaging 1-3 second intro and outro for each motion graphic, ensuring seamless transitions between advertisements.

* Craft the main animated sequence to be approximately 10 seconds in length, effectively conveying core messages.

* Produce final motion graphics for both designs in two different sizes: 1920O1080 and 1080O1920, ensuring optimal display across various screens.

* Collaborate with the team in a kick-off meeting to present your animation vision and approach.

* Incorporate feedback through two rounds of revisions, focusing on timing and animation quality, to refine the final product.

* Deliver all rendered video files along with the complete project files upon completion.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in motion design and animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ability to convert static designs into engaging motion graphics.

* Proficiency in After Effects, Lottie, and developing vector-based design files.

* Ability to work efficiently under compressed timelines and meet strict deadlines.

* Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback.

* A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to storytelling through animation.

* Ability to understand and translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives, specifically aiming to capture audience attention and convey excitement.
