We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take ownership of critical outcomes within a mature project, complex program, or emerging area. In this pivotal role, you will not just design; you will define scalable and sustainable approaches to solve challenging problems with limited precedent, developing and evangelizing long-term user experience and strategy for your team. Your influence will guide multiple adjacent design efforts, offering alternative perspectives that challenge prevailing thinking and provoke greater divergence of thought. **What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate closely with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intention, guiding design specifications (e.g., mock-ups, product models) for successful implementation.

* Utilize and propose new, key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understand the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape by collaborating across teams when developing design solutions.

* Drive continuous improvements in design based on user experience testing and stakeholder input, providing critical feedback to engage stakeholders and achieve product goals.

* Build consensus across diverse teams and gain strong support for design strategy among stakeholders, effectively communicating design approaches and anticipating challenges.

* Contribute significantly to developing project priorities in alignment with larger project goals, coordinating resource allocation within your project, and actively expanding your responsibilities.

* Create impactful design solutions rooted in user insights, business needs, and industry trends that directly further business objectives and support stakeholders in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Innovate solutions to complex user, product, and business problems, anticipating evolving design constraints and clearly communicating the rationale behind design choices.

* Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across various teams or offerings, performing design and testing processes, and generating support for a compelling design vision with partners.

* Guide other designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and/or user research/testing, or conduct independent research to inform appropriate design directions.

* Apply, adapt, and define robust UX design frameworks for user experiences, including principles, patterns, and systems.

* Leverage writing and design tools to visualize ideas or develop mock-ups and prototypes, independently tailoring deliverables based on specific requirements and adhering to writing and design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.

* Propose innovative ideas to enhance user experience by analyzing and anticipating user needs through collaboration, and proactively solve strategic, product, or technological constraints.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* 6 years of motion design experience in product design or UX/UI animation.

* Proficiency in Data analysis, synthesis & planning.

* Strong knowledge of Product design.

* Expertise in Interactive technology.

* Solid understanding of UX research methodology.

* Familiarity with the Product development lifecycle.

* Demonstrated Aesthetic sensibility.

* Deep understanding of User behavior.

* Excellent Presentations skills.

* Strong Storytelling capabilities.

* Proficiency in Systems thinking.

* High level of Craftsmanship.

* Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link and/or access instructions).

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience with GenAI Prototyping for design exploration and user research.
