Summary / Position Purpose:

The Senior Director of HR & Talent Management provides strategic leadership for a geographically dispersed team of HR Business Partners and is accountable for the design, development, and execution of enterprise wide talent programs across the full employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with senior business leaders to drive talent strategy, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership capability while ensuring alignment with business priorities and company culture.

The Senior Director serves as a key connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence: including Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition, to deliver integrated, scalable, and impactful talent solutions globally.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent & Organizational Leadership



  • Lead and develop a global team of HR Business Partners to effectively support business leaders across multiple geographies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational structure.
  • Partner with executives to assess organizational capabilities and drive proactive solutions that support growth, transformation, and long term business objectives.


Talent Program Design & Execution



  • Partnering with the CHRO, own the end to end development and execution of all talent management programs across the employee lifecycle, including:

    • Performance management
    • Leadership and high potential development
    • Succession planning
    • Career development and internal mobility
    • Engagement and retention strategies


  • Ensure consistent execution of talent programs globally while allowing flexibility for local business and cultural needs.


Enterprise Collaboration & Integration



  • Collaborate closely with HR SMEs in Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition to ensure aligned and integrated talent solutions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define workforce needs, leadership hiring strategies, and internal talent pipelines.
  • Work with Compensation and Benefits to ensure talent programs reinforce pay for performance and reward strategies.


Data, Governance & Continuous Improvement



  • Use talent analytics, metrics, and insights to guide decision making, track program effectiveness, and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Establish governance, frameworks, and best practices for talent management processes across regions.
  • Continuously evolve talent programs to reflect business strategy, employee expectations, and external market trends.


Leadership & Culture



  • Coach and develop HR Business Partners, build strong capability, accountability, and a consultative mindset.
  • Model inclusive leadership behaviors and support initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, diversity, and organizational health.
  • Champion a culture of performance, growth, and continuous learning across the organization.
  • Indirectly and directly responsible for product quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including senior level leadership in Talent Management or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading global or multi regional HR teams.
  • Proven expertise in talent management disciplines, including succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to complex organizational needs.
