Shift: Monday - Thursday + Fridays from home (8 AM - 5 PM)

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or customer service.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC service operations required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused mindset.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid schedule with remote work on Fridays.
• Office-based role with a structured, distraction-free environment.
• Requires the ability to effectively manage remote communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track HVAC work orders to ensure timely completion and service delivery.
• Communicate daily with service providers and customers via phone and email for status updates.
• Update and maintain work order systems with accurate, real-time information.
• Use Excel to organize, prioritize, and analyze work order data.
• Coordinate with internal teams on escalations, reassignments, and invoicing issues.
• Assist with dispatching work orders as needed.
• Act as the main liaison between service providers and account teams.
