Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: New York - 330 Madison Avenue Office (onsite)

What this job involves: As aSales Coordinator, you'll play a versatile role combining administrative support, operational assistance, and basic analytical tasks. Working in a fast-paced environment, you manage administrative tasks, assist with client deliverables, and support both brokerage transactions and team operations. You must be organized, flexible, and maintain a positive, energetic attitude. You'll interact with all levels of personnel, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while providing crucial support to drive sales performance and team success. This position offers growth opportunities into an Analyst role or other positions within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and update market surveys, tour books, summaries, stacking plans, and related documents for brokerage activities.
  • Maintain accurate client data in Aero, including monitoring opportunities and resolving duplicates.
  • Draft and distribute team communications, meeting decks, and regularly update Team SharePoint page.
  • Process expense reports, track budgets vs. actuals, and support deal close-outs.
  • Assist with market research and data compilation for client deliverables and pursuit materials.
  • Develop and manage organized filing and information retrieval system.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the team, including coordinating schedules, meetings, events, calendar management, travel logistics and answering phone calls for the team lead as needed.
  • Support interview coordination and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Proactively develop analytical skills and take on increasingly complex analytical tasks to support team objectives and prepare for growth into an Analyst role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to expand financial and operational expertise.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work flexibly, independently, and efficiently-task-oriented and driven to closure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with and interpret basic data sets.

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
