You're not just sitting behind a desk; you're in the thick of it, coaching your team, hanging out with the people we support, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. What You'll Actually Be Doing: * Leading the Pack: You'll manage a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Med Aides. You're their mentor, their cheerleader, and their go-to person when things get tricky. * Quality Control (with Heart): You'll ensure the people we support are getting the top-notch care they deserve and that all the "behind the scenes" paperwork is squared away. * Problem Solving: Every day is different. You'll be the one to pivot when plans change and find creative solutions to keep things moving forward. * Building Connections: You'll get to know the families and the community, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working toward the same goals. SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, Oncall responsibilities rotating on weekends with other hours as needed to support the homes/departments to deliver quality services.
