About the Role

We're looking for a strategic leader to join our team as Director, Operational Change Management. In this role, you will drive the successful execution of strategic transformation across Operations by embedding change management into how the business operates. As a member of the Operations Senior Leadership Team, this role ensures leaders and teams are prepared to adopt and sustain changes related to digitization, client-centric delivery models, and emerging technologies. This results in improved performance, scalability, and client experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead the operational change management strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes across Operations
  • Partner with Operations leaders to embed change into business plans, including assessing impact, readiness, and adoption across functions
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with HR, IT, Product, and Commercial to ensure coordinated delivery of transformation initiatives
  • Establish and operationalize enterprise change standards, governance, and tools to drive consistency, accountability, and scalability
  • Track, measure, and report on adoption, performance, and business impact of change initiatives, driving continuous improvement
  • Act as a core member of the Operations Senior Leadership Team with strong influence across Operations and key enterprise partners
  • Drive alignment and accountability across multiple operational functions and sites
  • Support the evolution of a change management function, including potential team leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, transformation, or change leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience operating within complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, client delivery models, and technology enablement
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and driving enterprise-wide change

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Change management certification preferred
  • Experience working with AI and digital transformation tools
  • Proven ability to lead through influence without direct authority
  • Experience building or scaling change management functions

Location: US Remote (preference for TN, NC, GA, AL, or MS)

The hiring base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $121,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
