Job Title: Assembler
Location: Londonderry, NH
Employment Type: Temp to Perm (12 months)
Industry: Aerospace and Defense
Compensation: $23.00/ hr. + 10% Diff = $25.30
Schedule: 4/10 hrs/Week. - (2nd shift) - 2 PM-12:30 PM
About the Opportunity:
  • Assemble mechanical, optical, or electrical components and subassemblies according to specified work instructions and procedures.
  • Perform fine assembly work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct continuous visual inspections of materials to identify defects.
  • Perform functional testing and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper component operation.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment is in good condition.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Able to follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, and operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Applies basic math skills to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of weight, measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesives.
  • Ability to complete assembly operations with the aid of a microscope and/or other hand tools.
  • Ability to complete basic testing operations by loading units, starting test programs, and evaluating basic pass/fail criteria.
  • Ability to navigate a computer's different software.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and complete multiple operations (25 - 50%) within a workday as needed to support business needs.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
