Fab Fours continues to grow, and we are looking for our next dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lancaster, South Carolina. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting customers via phone and email, with any warranty or product questions.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will get to learn the customer base and the business structure of Fab Fours with accurate information.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues via phone and email.
  • Strong communication skills are a must o Greet Customers warmly and identify reason for calling

- Suggest solutions and troubleshoot over the phone o Work closely with our Quality and Engineering team to resolve issues and record all data
- Communicate all needed updates to products, manuals, or travelers.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Advise customers about Fab Fours' product and company.

  • Add and update dealers on the website.
  • Assist Customers with the status of purchase orders, placement of small part orders & check vendor portals.
  • Assist customers with a return authorization, customer check credits ad record them.
