What You Will Do:



  • Lead and inspire a highperforming sales team: Motivate, coach, and develop Rental Sales Professionals across Central and South Texas to achieve results and grow careers.
  • Drive rental sales strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans, set goals and forecasts, and monitor performance to grow market share and revenue.
  • Strengthen customer relationships: Build lasting partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that create loyalty and longterm value.
  • Coach sales excellence: Guide your team through prospecting, closing, negotiation, and territory management while reinforcing strong product knowledge and margins.
  • Collaborate across the business: Partner with service, parts, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support overall business objectives.

What You Will Need:



  • Proven sales leadership experience: Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within rental, heavy equipment, or a related industry.
  • Strong business and market insight: Understanding of local market conditions and the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
  • Customerfocused mindset: A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Clear communication skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively lead teams and engage customers.
  • Comfort with technology and reporting tools: Ability to use CRM systems, sales data, and reporting tools to track performance and drive decisions.


  • Travel flexibility: Ability to travel around 50-75%. Frequency may vary based on regional and business needs.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
