• Proven success in a precision electroplating or similar manufacturing environment, with a track record of meeting and exceeding customer requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in metrology, measurement tooling, and critical cosmetic inspection, including careful handling of delicate and/or small parts, demonstrating rapid skill development and increasing proficiency.
• Proficient in the use of microscopes for inspection and measurement tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with peers, engineers, maintenance technicians, and management.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend, follow, and retain both formal and informal processing instructions and information.

• Adequate mathematical skills to calculate processing rates, cycle times, and related production metrics.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Comfortable working in a production process environment, including exposure to and safe handling of a variety of chemicals.

Pay Range:

USD $43,470.00 - USD $72,450.00 Year
