Job Purpose and Requirements

The Logistics Service Coordinator is responsible for leading coordination of equipment movement on behalf of manufacturers. The role organizes the day-to-day efforts of the logistics team, leads implementations of new logistics contracts, and continually drives process improvements for the logistics programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to coordinate logistics requests for demo equipment, including patient monitoring, ultrasound and other modalities as needed.
  • Manage project implementation of new Logistics contracts.
  • Develop and implement process flows to streamline Logistics Team and Field.
  • Track and enforce metrics for the Logistics Team; Perform root cause analysis as necessary for failed compliance.
  • Resolve day-to-day and escalated customer issues.
  • Effectively allocate workloads, participate in hiring, and coach/develop the Logistics Team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for the Logistics Team at both the corporate and field level.
  • Perform reporting and analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Make decisions on most effective means of transporting equipment, while meeting customer and field needs.
  • Serve and assist field personnel regarding equipment availability, equipment orders, equipment shipments, and general equipment -related questions.
  • Train and support field personnel on Manufacturer Logistics processes.
  • Consult on additional program development for current AS400-based ordering system and Manufacturer Logistics Scheduler system.
  • 25% travel
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Extensive knowledge of medical equipment moved
  • High level of financial acumen
  • Advanced interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and be highly productive
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Time management skills

Background Requirements

  • Experience in project management, process creation and implementation
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
