JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring accurate tracking of costs, budgets, and revenue.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Three years' experience in accounting or financial management or equivalent combinations of training and experience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist in maintenance of corporate accounting systems related to collection and analysis of costs and/or budgets.
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of general accounting and financial documents for divisions, subsidiaries, or company.
  • Prepare various cost/statistical reports (i.e., fringe benefit cost analysis, administrative overhead expense reports, corporate budgets, etc.) for corporate management as required.
  • Prepare financial data for reporting and analytical review as required.
  • Prepares and distributes monthly reports on project status including budget and forecasting for project reviews.
  • Works with project team to reflect changes in project scope or timeline.
  • Prepares final project close out.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
