Primary Duties

Microsoft Ambassador Responsibilities:



  • Grow as an AI-focused innovator or technology leader

    • Explore and apply emerging Microsoft technologies


  • Access to cutting edge Microsoft tools

    • Utilize Microsoft 365, Azure, and Visual Studio Enterprise to support projects and initiatives


  • Engage with a global community of innovators

    • Collaborate with industry representatives, tech enthusiasts, AI builders, and entrepreneurial peers





Technical & IT Support:



  • PC imaging/Workstation setup
  • Support for virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams)
  • Assist with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting
  • Respond quickly and professionally to evolving needs in a dynamic innovation environment
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Enrolled at a post-secondary institution or a secondary school.
  • Enrolled at least part-time (one or more credit hours if at a post-secondary institution), except for summer term, or will be a registered student during the next academic term.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • "Enrollment" shall include:

    • The period between two successive terms for which the student is enrolled.
    • The one "off" term in each academic year in which the student is not enrolled. Student employee status may be retained for one additional term following either graduation or withdrawal from enrollment.


  • US person or individual with equivalent status

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365
  • Experience with website content management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in AI, cloud technologies, or tech-driven community building

Availability

  • 15-20 hours per week, aligned with your UC class schedule
  • Mondays are required
