A leading law firm is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. This role partners closely with marketing, business development, and attorney teams to deliver high-quality, client-facing events that align with strategic goals. Event types include client dinners, webinars, roundtables, conferences, symposia, firm-hosted and sponsored programs, as well as social and sporting events. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with corporate or professional services event experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events, from initial concept through post-event analysis
  • Provide administrative and logistical support, including managing invitations, RSVP tracking, event databases, and digital assets
  • Coordinate event logistics with venues, vendors, and virtual platforms, including A/V, production, room setup, materials, and timing
  • Assist with creation and distribution of event materials, including print and branded collateral
  • Track budgets, vendor contracts, and event expenses; support reporting and post-event evaluations
  • Provide on-site and virtual event support to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality attendee experience
  • Research and recommend venues and vendors; maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records
  • Support contract negotiations and vendor management in collaboration with senior team members
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams including Design, Communications, Digital Marketing, Client Services, and IT
  • Advise internal stakeholders on event formats and best practices based on goals and audience
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend innovative event strategies
