| Job Description |
The purpose of this position is to manage and support enterprise systems by overseeing user acceptance testing, documenting business processes, resolving system issues, coordinating with
ITS and vendors, and providing user training. The position serves as a key liaison between technical teams and business units to identify productivity and quality issues, prioritize work requests, recommend solutions, and ensure effective adoption of new systems, procedures, and functionality through clear communication, reporting, and consensus-building among stakeholders. In addition, the Manager provides direct supervision of staff, including performance management, workload assignment, access control oversight, process documentation, and participation in hiring and evaluations. It also contributes to broader organizational goals by supporting change management initiatives, fostering collaboration between technical and functional teams, monitoring adoption and project deliverables, and proactively identifying and addressing gaps in processes to align with HCC's strategic and operational objectives.
This is a full-time, exempt staff position.
Employees of Harford Community College, including instructors for online and virtual courses, must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, or the District of Columbia; non-residents are expected to relocate to meet this requirement.

- Master's degree in CIS or related field with 1 year of experience, or
- Associate's degree in CIS or related field with 3 years of experience, or

AND2 years of leadership experience (leading taskforces, committees, projects, etc.) |
