What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking a Right of Way Agent III to join our Practice or CBG Team in Columbus, Ohio! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Columbus, Ohio office. What you'll be challenged to do: The Right of Way Agent III should be a self-starter with a desire to take on project responsibilities, including assisting with real estate project management, document preparation, researching titles, negotiating property acquisitions, managing relocations, and performing closings for publicly funded infrastructure projects. Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
