Hours and Pay



  • Salary: $120,000-$140,000 (Based on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Contract (W2)
  • Location: Remote

Daily Responsibilities



  • Deploy and configure Aruba wireless LAN controllers, Instant Access Points (IAP), and Aruba CX switches in enterprise environments
  • Perform wireless site surveys, heat mapping, and RF tuning using tools such as Ekahau or AirMagnet
  • Support network cutovers, hardware installations, and infrastructure migrations
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure deployments meet technical and business requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve wired and wireless network issues efficiently
  • Create and maintain network documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and deployment reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
  • Provide post-deployment knowledge transfer and operational guidance to client teams



Requirements



  • Proven experience deploying and supporting Aruba networking solutions in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Aruba Mobility Controllers (7000/7200 series)
    • Aruba Instant Access Points (IAP)
    • Aruba Central management platform
    • Aruba CX switches (preferred)


  • Familiarity with AirWave, ClearPass, or Aruba Central is a plus
  • Strong understanding of wireless protocols, RF fundamentals, and survey tools (Ekahau, AirMagnet)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in network infrastructure environments
  • Proficiency in creating network documentation and diagrams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


Preferred Qualifications



  • Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or equivalent certification


Additional Requirements



  • Must be based in the New England area
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
