Position Description

Briggs & Stratton, LLC, Wauwatosa, WI, is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - SAP Source to Pay.

Works with the user community to review, analyze and define businessrequirements. Documents requirements, designs, configures, and implements capabilities to support business initiatives for SAP processes and application(s). Translates end user business requirements to design, configure, document, and test SAP application solutions across multiple functional groups. Understands best practice business processes to ensure compliance with internal processes. Provides risk analysis to business partners for proposed solutions. Provides problem solving and decision making to resolve SAP systems issues. Supports concurrent work assignments across applications and diverse user groups. Documents requirements, configuration and system support materials including process workflows, functional, technical specifications and training materials. Maintains and develops internal business relationships to influence successful project outcomes. Supports the software lifecycle of SAP enterprise software applications such as implementation, configuration, post go live support, and training. Works closely with the SAP Security team to define roles and ensure proper authorizations and access are provided to the business users. Provides internal support for evaluation of proposed functionality in existing and proposed applications. Position is based out of our Wauwatosa, WI office, with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications
  • Requires bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems security, mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • Requires 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, which must include:
    • 4 years of experience in SAP MM including purchasing, accounts payable, inventory management, cycle counting, MM & Logistics master data, Scheduling Agreements, Release Orders, MRP
    • 6 years of experience in requirements management, including gathering, analyzing, tracking requirements and quality assurance
    • 6 years of experience with medium and large-scale project and program management which includes designing STP systems
    • 6 years of experience determining and delivering against business requirements to meet the project goals
    • 4 years of experience with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 or higher
    • 5 years of experience with software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
    • 2 years of experience handling contract manufacturing processes with internal and external serialization of product
    • 5 years of experience handling integrations with Indirect procurement systems including 3PL Logistics Systems, and EDI Systems
    • 2 years of experience in Integration of SAP MM with PP and EWM
    • 4 years of experience in customizing parameters for all purchase documents including RFQ, Quotations, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase orders, Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements
    • 6 years of experience in customizing parameters for all Inventory Management including movement type, physical inventory, and document types
    • 1 year of experience working with reporting and analytics tools - S4 BI Reporting Suite.
