Job Summary: The Integrations Consultant plays a critical role in delivering a seamless and successful onboarding experience for new and existing customers. This position oversees the technical components of customer integrations and ensures each customer feels supported throughout their implementation journey. The role combines strong technical acumen, project management, analytical problem solving, and excellent customer facing skills to help customers adopt and launch our SaaS products effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary technical liaison and project manager for all integration activities from technical kickoff through launch. * Provide technical guidance and development support to customers during the development, testing, deployment and launch phases. * Manage multiple customer integration projects simultaneously using a project management platform. * Build deep product knowledge to enhance onboarding processes and contribute to the development of templates, documentation, and best practices. * Maintain accurate and up to date customer specific technical requirements and integration project documentation. * Communicate project plan and scope to keep customers and internal stakeholders updated throughout the integration, providing reviews and identifying any potential project risks. * Triage and troubleshoot customer integration issues, identifying root causes and driving them to resolution. * Coordinate resources, manage intraday workflows, and support operational analysis to ensure projects remain on track. * Organize and lead customer testing sessions, ensuring all requirements are validated and issues are resolved. Skills & Abilities * Strong systems thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and organizational strengths. * Ability to manage several integration projects at once while maintaining quality and timelines. * Experience facilitating and leading customer testing sessions. * Skilled in issue triage and problem resolution. * Familiarity with SaaS environments (preferred). * Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot APIs. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * 3-4 years of experience in SaaS integrations or related technical implementation roles. * Previous experience compiling integration project plans, organizing client testing sessions, and resolving integration issues for customers Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations.
