Job Description
Project management needed for oversight of kidney transplant process optimization.5 years of transplant coordinator experience is a must.

• Process and workflow documentation.
• Policy and procedure writing.
• Review of workflows for optimization opportunities.
• Implementation and training on new/revised workflows.

• California RN license.
• Transplant coordinator experience required.
• Kidney transplant experience strongly preferred.
• Nurse manager experience strongly preferred.
• Experience writing policies and procedures, mapping workflows and processes required.
• Transplant quality or performance improvement experience strongly preferred.
