Pay: $22.65 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays.

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician II is responsible for performing repair, assembly, and production tasks in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on restoring products to original specifications, troubleshooting components, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with small components and tools, and the capability to meet production targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Job Responsibilities



  • Follow established procedures to repair and restore products to original specifications.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic components to identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform assembly and disassembly of small components using hand tools.
  • Execute basic technical tasks related to repair, production, and restocking processes.
  • Complete all required documentation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings accurately.
  • Inspect products for defects, particulate matter, and quality issues in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain productivity and meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing environment.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to identify and differentiate small electronic components by markings.
  • Experience using hand tools for assembly or repair.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter and transcribe data.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
  • Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to visually inspect small components.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.


Work Experience



  • Experience in mechanical or electrical repair within a manufacturing environment preferred.


Additional Job Details



  • Work is performed in a temperature- and humidity-controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Requires strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform light pushing and pulling tasks.
  • Must comply with all regulatory and safety requirements, including wearing protective equipment and working in close proximity to others.
