Job Overview

The Global Private Shopper Flagship Coordinator, based at our 59th Street Flagship location, is an elevated support role responsible for driving the success of the Global Private Shopper's business both in-store and virtually. This person will serve as a direct remote extension of the Global Private Shopper in the 59th Street Flagship -managing day-to-day operations, engaging with high-value clients, and supporting the shopper's brand voice across digital platforms.

This role works closely with our luxury and concession brand partners to coordinate client experiences, secure product access, and streamline communication across departments. While the position functions remotely from the Global Private Shopper, the coordinator will be based at the 59th Street Flagship and will also provide in-person support when the Global Private Shopper is on-site-assisting with client appointments, merchandise preparation, and ensuring a seamless, elevated client experience.

The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, digitally fluent, and comfortable traveling as needed to support off-site appointments, events, or client needs.

Essential Functions

  • Act as the Global Private Shopper's virtual representative within the 59th Street Flagship-overseeing logistics, coordination, and communication related to all in-store activities and client engagements.

  • Liaise with luxury vendors and concession partners to secure product access, exclusive offerings, and preferred service for clients
  • Act as a remote concierge for the Global Private Shopper in tandem with other coordinator when they are traveling-helping maintain client communication and order fulfillment
  • Curate, schedule, and help manage social media content in alignment with the Global Private Shopper.
  • Provide elevated digital service through timely responses to client inquiries, social media interactions, and follow-ups
  • Maintain detailed client notes and communications
  • Deliver a seamless omni-channel luxury shopping experience across digital and physical platforms
  • Provide logistical and operational support for off-site events, client appointments, and brand activations-ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the Global Private Shopper's elevated service standards.
  • Interact with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality-maintaining trust and delivering a personalized luxury experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related fields a plus)
  • Previous experience supporting a high-performing retail, luxury, or personal shopping professional preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional presence
  • Digital and social media fluency (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, content creation platforms such as Canva or Adobe Suite)
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with extreme attention to detail
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing luxury environment
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative while maintaining brand standards
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in dealing with VIP clients
  • Availability to travel for special events, client needs, or store visits; must meet travel eligibility requirements
  • Valid driver's license strongly recommended
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • May involve prolonged periods of standing/walking when in-store
