As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in guiding programs from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will be at the heart of driving business outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance engineering execution and overall program health.

**What You'll Do:**

* Independently develop comprehensive program charters, meticulously outlining scope, timelines, key results, resource allocation, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced programs.

* Craft detailed project plans that segment work into distinct phases, identify critical risks and interdependencies, and provide clear visibility into program constraints.

* Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and optimize team roles and responsibilities.

* Proactively manage and resolve program escalations in close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

* Autonomously triage and assess the impact of technical issues across various teams, resolving tooling and process-related challenges that support engineering efforts.

* Design and implement effective program communication strategies, tailored to different stakeholder groups, and represent the program across multiple touchpoints.

* Lead the execution of change management initiatives, developing comprehensive rollout plans, conducting impact analyses, and monitoring progress to resolve any misalignments.

* Independently identify and gather necessary data for effective program execution and governance, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports.

* Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies, ensuring alignment with high standards of quality, inclusivity, and reputation.

* Establish robust program governance structures, including effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, while leading productive team meetings.

* Define program phasing and metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic resource management, establishing regular checkpoints to assess progress and provide rationale for any program adjustments.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of proficiency in program management

* Expertise in Communications Management

* Strong capabilities in Managing Organizational Change

* Proven skills in Stakeholder Management

* Exceptional Planning abilities

* Demonstrated Technical Judgment

* Proficiency in Execution and Governance

* Experience with Portfolio Management

* A commitment to Continuous Improvement
