Lecturer Pool in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology

The Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at UCSB invites applications for our lecturer pool, focusing on Biochemistry, Genetics, Cell Biology, Neurobiology and Microbiology. The number of positions varies from quarter to quarter, depending on the needs of the department. We aim to enrich our academic community with broad perspectives and innovative teaching. At a minimum, applicants must have completed all requirements for a Ph.D. (or equivalent) except the dissertation (or equivalent) in Molecular or Cellular Sciences, or related field.

Applicants must have a PhD degree or equivalent in Molecular or Cellular Sciences, or related field by the time of appointment.

Teaching experience at the college level in a related field is preferred
