16 Position Summary
This position is a GIS analyst/developer role responsible for delivering advanced geospatial solutions that support gas and electric utility operations. The role spans enterprise data integration, spatial analysis, regulatory compliance, system reliability, and GIS application development. It involves managing complex utility datasets, automating workflows, administering ArcGIS Enterprise environments, and building web and fieldfocused GIS tools. The candidate will collaborate across engineering, IT, and compliance teams to ensure accurate data, reliable network models, and highperforming GIS systems. Strong technical expertise in geodatabases, scripting, utility network models, and regulatory workflows is essential, along with the ability to communicate geospatial concepts and provide leadership within a multidisciplinary environment. Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS tools and applications (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcGIS Pro) in an SDE multiversioned environment.
Experience working in an enterprise multiversioned geodatabase, including quality control, reconciliation, posting, and ArcSDE data loading.
Ability to analyze complex spatial data and feature class relationships, and to produce specialized maps, derived datasets, and error reports.
Experience developing, implementing, and reporting QA/QC processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to groups.
Valid Class C Driver's License with a favorable driving record.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, remain composed under pressure, and lead by example while following established procedures.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
