A leading medical device company is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Scientist
to support clinical development and documentation efforts. This individual will work cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, regulatory, and quality teams to provide scientific expertise and develop high-quality, submission-ready materials. Location: On Site - Minneapolis area Key Responsibilities Support clinical and procedural insights development for transcatheter cardiovascular technologies Analyze clinical data, procedural learnings, engineering inputs, and scientific literature to inform documentation Develop and author technical documentation, including procedural content and scientific materials Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams Prepare devices for clinical use and provide real-time troubleshooting support during procedures Identify data gaps and lead internal efforts to gather and validate missing information Own documentation processes end-to-end, including drafting, review cycles, and finalization Facilitate alignment with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity of materials Qualifications Master's degree in a scientific, biomedical, engineering, or related discipline 7+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical affairs, medical writing, or clinical research within medical devices or related field Experience with structural heart therapies, including transcatheter systems (e.g., TMVR, TAVR), preferred Experience reviewing clinical data, imaging, and physician feedback to support documentation Familiarity with clinical trial design and execution Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, scientifically sound narratives Proven ability to independently manage projects from concept through completion Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Estimated Min Rate:$110,000 Estimated Max Rate:$150,000 What's In It for You?
