The Traffic Analyst responds to customer needs by ensuring the efficient scheduling and routing of orders across retail, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale channels. This role is responsible for coordinating freight carrier arrangements, maintaining accurate and timely updates in retail customer portals, and facilitating clear communication between order management, customer logistics teams, and distribution centers. The Traffic Analyst builds and maintains productive relationships with local LTL carriers to ensure consistent daily pickups and reliable transportation coverage. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while supporting on-time order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Duties and Responsibilities
