CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Administration Architect to join our Architectural & Structural Team in Albany, NY. This pivotal role is uniquely focused on providing technical architectural leadership during construction, with a long term assignment supporting two large, highly technical projects in the Albany area (alongside additional smaller projects). This is an opportunity to serve as a key onsite architectural authority, guide complex construction efforts, mentor team members, and make a lasting impact on the built environment. What You'll Do:
Serve as CHA's primary point of contact during construction administration including overseeing customary management of RFIs, PCOs, submittals, construction observation, and other CA activities

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
