What We Need:
We are looking for a CRE Director to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.
The CRE Director is responsible for developing and implementing the Allsteel CRE sales strategy throughout the sales organization, driving revenue growth and promoting the Allsteel brand. This role will lead a high-performing sales team ensuring achievement of individual sales goals and optimizing market opportunities.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive CRE sales strategy aligned with organizational and budgeted goals establishing a 1-3-year strategic roadmap.
- Translate and implement strategies into executable programs, national initiatives, and measurable ales objectives.
- Identify emerging CRE market trends, growth segments, and regional opportunities to support strategic growth.
- Effectively manage the CRE sales budget and/or forecast ensuring sales strategies support achievement of goals and provide on-going communication to the leadership team related to success and barriers.
- Ensure sales strategies and resource allocation drive consistent, profitable growth.
- Leverage extensive CRE industry knowledge to build and expand strategic relationships with developers, owners, investors, brokers, architects, designers, general contractors, and end-users.
- Actively engage in long-range local and regional networking groups such as design community, CRE, influencers, construction companies, end-users, contract dealerships, and others in promotion of HNI product offerings and products.
- Strengthen dealer, partner, and stakeholder alignment to maximize market penetration and brand advocacy.
- Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership and review work of assigned members. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend merit increases, promotions, transfers, corrective actions, and other personnel actions. Interview and recommend candidates for employment. Drive member engagement.
- Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field required.
- At least 5 years of progression sales leadership experience, with significant exposure to Commercial Real Estate, contract furniture, interiors, or adjacent industries required; 8 years of experience preferred.
