Your Role at BaxterThis is where my hands make life-sustaining products As a BurnOff Operator, you help keep paint operations running efficiently by removing powder coat finishes from paint racks. You'll work with a fluidized sand bed oven, pressure washers, forklifts, and hoists to clean racks so they're ready for reuse. This role is handson and physical, requiring attention to detail, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to follow standard work procedures. You'll support daily production by maintaining equipment, inspecting finished racks, and keeping the burnoff area clean, organized, and operating smoothly. Your TeamYou'll be part of a closeknit paint and burnoff operations team that works together to support production across the facility. You'll collaborate with fellow operators, utility team members, and paint department leads to keep racks moving efficiently and safely. Team members communicate openly, help solve problems as they arise, and support one another-especially during busy production periods. As you gain experience, you may also help train new team members. What You'll Be Doing

To that end, this position has a salary pay rate of $23.32, plus shift differential for off shifts. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
