Position Summary

Kurz Industrial Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while supporting key HR functions. This role is critical to attracting top talent across technical, service, and operational roles while ensuring a seamless onboarding and employee experience.

What You'll Do Talent Acquisition
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across skilled labor, field service, sales, and administrative roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and community outreach
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and evaluate candidates
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Support employer branding efforts and recruiting events (job fairs, trade schools, etc.)
Onboarding & HR Support
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding across multiple locations
  • Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training coordination
  • Support HR processes including employee records, compliance, and benefits administration
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a combination of both
  • Experience recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, or skilled labor roles preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR systems
