PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:
As a Senior Program Manager within the Retail Delivery organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how BECU brings products, services, and people strategies to life. You'll connect strategy to execution by aligning crossfunctional partners, enabling frontline teams, and ensuring programs drive real results at scale for members and employees alike. Your ability to influence other leaders in the organization will help turn ideas into outcomes that scale and sustain a digital first, human always experience at BECU. This is a highly visible role where your perspective, leadership, and professional courage directly impact performance across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Program & Initiative Leadership: You'll lead and actively participate in cross-functional programs & initiatives that drive Retail Delivery strategic priorities, ensuring successful delivery from concept through execution.
  • Product & Campaign Activation: You'll own frontline activation strategy for product initiatives and campaigns, ensuring consistent leader reinforcement and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning & Alignment: You'll help shape and manage Retail Delivery's strategic direction, translating enterprise goals into clear plans, priorities, and execution frameworks.
  • People & Enablement Strategy: You'll lead the execution of people and talent strategies, including sales and service enablement and established enterprise talent development approaches, ensuring frontline teams have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. This role does not directly build or deliver training; instead, it designs, governs, and scales execution through strong partnerships with functional leaders and enterprise teams.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: You'll collaborate with leaders across Retail, Learning & Development, Product, Marketing, and external partners, influencing outcomes without direct authority to ensure alignment and results.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Make disciplined, databacked decisions about where to invest, adjust, or stop work to ensure Retail Delivery execution remains focused and scalable.
  • Risk, Compliance & Governance: You'll ensure programs and processes comply with applicable federal and state regulations, partnering with internal teams to manage risk and maintain operational integrity.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: You'll manage vendor relationships and contracts within your areas of responsibility, ensuring costeffective, highquality services that support BECU members and employees.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: You'll deliver timely, clear, and actionable communications to leaders and partners, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout program lifecycles.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: You'll model and promote continuous improvement, seeking better ways to deliver value, streamline processes, and elevate the overall experience.
  • Additional Contributions: You'll take on additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business needs and organizational priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in business, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • Five to seven years of experience leading largescale programs, execution, or enablement efforts
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating project teams
  • Self-directed and able to identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, influence, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision required
  • Proven leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority

Desired Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in operations management and/or project management
  • Experience working with product and marketing teams desired.
  • Experience enabling front line staff in a sales and/or retail environment, preferably in the financial services industry
