Job Description

Responsible for achieving annual new business revenue, leading strategy for new programs and product development and overseas marketing communications. This position plays a key role in identifying new market opportunities and establishing Concern as a thought leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a plan to identify opportunities and secure business to meet annual goals.
  • Build strong relationships with benefit brokers and key consultants through outreach, demos, excellent response to RFPs and being attentive and service oriented.
  • Respond quickly and creatively to requests for proposals, providing quotes that are competitive and accurate.
  • Identify vertical market segments, understand the needs of the segments and prepare sales materials that capture our value proposition.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer, competitor and market trends. Stay up to date with emerging new services and innovations in the behavioral health field. Leverage market intel to make recommendations for new programs.
  • Use prospect management tools to identify, qualify and develop a pipeline.
  • Participates as "product owner" in the agile product development process and works with Concern's software development partner to manage upgrades of the digital engagement platform.
  • Manage relationship with Concern's marketing communications firm, guiding development of new communication materials and upgrades to the website.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, business administration or related field. Master's preferred.

Five (5) years experience in business development, program development and marketing strategy.

Experience in market and competitor analysis. Ability to use this information to drive new program development.

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Expertise developing and delivering sales presentations.

Excellent negotiator and fluent selling both services and technology related products.

High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Proactive, highly motivated and passionate about helping people achieve mental wellbeing.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements

Valid Driver's license and ability to travel periodically as needed.

Salary Range:

$64.32 - $96.48 USD Hour
