LaForce is looking for an IT Support Technician to serve as the first point of contact for company-wide computer and phone support. In this role, you'll help keep our teams connected and running smoothly by troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and assisting with system maintenance and upgrades.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping others, and working in a collaborative IT environment.

What You'll Do:



  • Serve as the first point of contact for company-wide IT support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and phone issues
  • Provide support in person, by phone, chat, and email
  • Install and configure computers, software, and peripherals including monitors, printers, TVs, headsets, and phones
  • Maintain asset tracking and documentation of equipment and configurations
  • Document and track issues using Help Desk software
  • Assist with PC maintenance, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
  • Support and maintain network systems including Internet, LAN, and WAN environments
  • Assist the System Administrator with building and upgrading PCs
  • Train new employees on IT systems during onboarding
  • Maintain documentation for users and internal IT processes
  • Escalate issues when needed and collaborate with the IT team
  • Maintain a high level of integrity when handling sensitive digital information


What We're Looking For:



  • Associate's degree in Computer Technology or related IT field preferred
  • Prior experience supporting computer hardware and software preferred
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
