What You'll Be Doing: Be a Cultural Architect: Model Mosaic's values of belonging, connection, faithfulness, and grit while demonstrating our 7 Essential Practices of Leadership. Mentor & Mobilize: Oversee personnel management and staff development, ensuring effective hiring, training, and supervision of your team. Drive Strategic Operations: Manage programmatic services, budgets, and financial resources to ensure high-quality habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Lead the Charge: Ensure all services in your geographic area comply with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Represent Mosaic: Serve as the program representative within the Pontiac community and maintain open communication with staff and families. SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000 Requirements Who You Are: An Experienced Leader: You have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, etc.) and at least three years of experience, including supervisory roles. A Problem Solver: You can translate general administrative guidelines into specific actions and provide solutions to potential problems. Financially Savvy: You have the ability to read financial reports and translate fiscal information into smart operational decisions. Community-Minded: You are ready to participate in community organizations and drive agency growth.
