Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for bringing brands to life in physical spaces? We're seeking an experienced professional to elevate the in-store and in-office experience across our extensive network of locations. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind how our brand is perceived and experienced by thousands of customers and associates daily. Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and operational efficiency, making a tangible impact on our success.

### Key Responsibilities

* **Strategic Planning & Budget Management:** Develop annual marketing plans and budgets for physical locations, incorporating insights from marketing, operations, and field teams. Establish quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) and manage project backlogs.

* **In-Store Marketing Development:** Drive the creation and implementation of in-store marketing updates based on communication architecture and program requests. Develop strategies and execution plans to address specific location challenges (e.g., high-volume locations), securing buy-in from key stakeholders.

* **Execution & Rollout Management:** Create comprehensive briefs for creative teams to ensure high-quality outputs. Oversee all marketing communications to locations and partner with project managers for successful material rollouts, including compliance audits.

* **Digital Presence Management:** Manage the Google My Business (GMB) profiles for locations and facilities, collaborating with our internal SEO team and external agencies. Oversee the Store UI/Store Admin system.

* **Cross-Functional Partnership:** Serve as the subject matter expert for physical location marketing, building strong relationships across marketing, operations, product, legal, and facilities teams. Consult on customer experience initiatives, operational tests, and legally mandated material updates (e.g., relevant environmental health and safety legal requirements).

* **Project Leadership:** Act as the primary contact for marketing opportunities from operational partners and for planning and budgeting related to new openings, remodels, and expansions.

* **Financial Oversight:** Manage the marketing budget for physical locations, including monthly updates to projections and accruals.

* **Content & Asset Management:** Ensure the accuracy of central information sources for locations and support various touchpoints such as wall graphics, digital signs, brochures, and community messaging.

### Required Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in areas directly relevant to the responsibilities of this position.

* Demonstrated ability to effectively build strong internal and external relationships.

* A 4-year undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in store/retail marketing or direct field experience.

* Experience managing production jobs and working with production/installation vendors.

Must be local to Richmond, VA and able to work onsite 5 days per week. We are not interested in candidates needing relocation at this time.
