YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting FSQA Harvest Specialist Supervisor opportunity in our Processing Plant in Guymon, OK. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the FSQA team. The FSQA Harvest Specialist Supervisor is responsible for managing the FSQA Harvest Specialists who evaluate carcasses in a fresh pork facility, harvesting over 20,500 animals per day. The supervisor position ensures the team works closely with USDA inspectors to assess findings and disposition carcasses with pathological concerns. The position collaborates with operations to verify carcasses meet established dressing requirements prior to USDA inspection. ABOUT US At Seaboard Foods, we create the most sought-after pork.
